Upon arrival, please check in at reception and enjoy our fresh juice of the day while we verify your information and assign your room number. You will receive a key with your room number, which should be returned to reception each time you leave the hotel.

OVYO Housekeeping

All our rooms are cleaned daily. Please inform reception if you prefer to decline this service during your stay. OVYO is committed to environmental sustainability and encourages guests to reuse the towels provided in the room. However, if you would like your towels replaced, simply leave them on the floor, and our housekeeping staff will attend to it. For longer stays, bed linens and pillowcases are changed every three days by our housekeeping team.

OVYO Room Service

In the morning, although our continental and Mediterranean-inspired breakfast buffet is served at the reception from 6:45 AM to 10:00 AM, you can request room service. If you wish to do so, please inform the reception during check-in or the night before.

An express breakfast to go, including a hot or cold drink, a pastry, and a fruit or dairy product, is available every morning from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

For meals, room service is available 24/7. You will find the menu in your room, offering snacks and desserts. To accompany your meal, we offer a variety of drinks, including alcoholic options, with a selection of wines by the glass.

To schedule a wake-up call, we can arrange to call you at your requested time.
