• Your hotel is located in the very center of Toulouse — I’m worried about noise.
    We are committed to offering you a peaceful stay with no noise disturbances. All our windows are designed and installed to absorb up to 41 dB(A). Our curtains are also acoustic, and the headboards in all our rooms are made from sound-absorbing panels to minimize any noise that could disturb your sleep.
  • My child is under 2 years old — do you have baby cots?
    Subject to availability, we can provide a baby cot for €7 per night. We recommend selecting this option when making your reservation.
  • Do you accept pets?
    Did you know a dog bark can reach up to 110 dB? We do not accept pets in order to guarantee the calm and peaceful environment needed for a restorative stay.
  • I booked online and received my confirmation, but I have questions before or during my stay.
    Although we aim to make your stay as smooth as possible by providing digital tools and communication systems, we believe nothing can replace genuine hospitality and human care. You will always find an OVYO team member on-site, available 24/7.
  • I would like to invite someone from outside for breakfast or a work meeting.
    Our breakfast buffet is also open to external guests — pricing remains the same. For work meetings, business lunches, brainstorming sessions, seminars or remote work, the hotel offers a workspace that can accommodate up to 10 seated guests. The space can be rented by the hour or by the half-day.
  • I would like to cancel my reservation.
    Your credit card is securely pre-authorized at the time of booking. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date. Beyond this deadline, the first night will be charged.
